Refund policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime to prevent further charges for future billing periods. To cancel simply do not fill out the refill questionnaire. However, due to the nature of the medication and service once an order has been approved by the doctor and sent to the pharmacy, any fee’s you have already paid cannot be refunded.
